This place has too many cars for him to deal with. I took my car there because I was referred by another shop that I really like but the shop that I like and I got my car work on over there before the mechanic that I needed to see wasn't there he was out of the country on an emergency basis so I was referred to go there. I just needed a diagnosis of my car because my engine check light indicator was on when I got there I saw that this place had a lot of cars parked on the property and pretty much on the street. When I talked to a mechanic there he might have been the owner I don't know considering that he wasn't going to charge me for the diagnosis because he said they don't charge for the diagnosis. I just needed him to tell me what was wrong with my car all he has to do is look at it or at least scan it and he told me to bring the car back on Thursday but I would have to leave it. Considering that I know that I don't live out where it's located and I never had any work done on my car from there before I wasn't feeling the shop period! I'm the type that likes to and wouldn't mind to sit at the shop and wait for my car to be done. So I decided that I wasn't going back and that I'll

One of the best customer service experiences This auto shop is top notch. They are honest and reasonably priced. The work performed on my vehicle was thorough and perfect. They even fixed a brake light on my car that I never mentioned. They have earned my trust, my respect and my future business. I highly recommend this auto place to anyone who wants to walk away content.

To give you the full picture. I am a 27 year old woman who needed car mainentance which can be intimidating considering how many people have told me car places try to take advantage of women my age. I went in for a routine check/oil change and within an hour they wanted to add in all new rotors etc that was going to leave me with a $1,600 bill. It did not sit well with me so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. It's a good thing I did because the only necessary work my car needed was going to cost me $240. My rotors were absolutely fine. I don't know how this place has 4.7 stars. Do yourself a favor and go to the car shop down the road. They were amazing and honest. To put it into perspective: This place wanted to charge me $100 to change the air filters. When I went to the other car place they charged me $40.

Hi-Tech is the best. They really know what they're doing and will work on anything. Customer service is excellent. Everyone always makes sure they communicate exactly what work they'll be doing and will only do what you ask them to. I won't take my cars anywhere else.
